As a Marketing Executive, you will be a key contributor to our marketing efforts, promoting our construction materials and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with Regional Sales Manager & Region Sales Team in planning and executing promotional activities to meet specific market needs for the wine portfolio in on and off-trade channels
- Provide the feedback of the field situation and initiate improvement proposal to ensure the results meet consumers need
- Continue to strengthen current wine portfolio and develop new agency in line with company direction.
- Works closely, foster good relationship with brand principals, to review and develop strategies to achieve business and brand targets
- Monitor sell-in numbers to ensure that it is in line with agreed targets. Prepare monthly sell-out (depletion) reports – support from team – and analyze the gap, and work closely with sales person with plan to achieve the desired results.
- Monitor and manage brand A&P budget and claims and ensure all expenses are accounted during promotion activations.
- Plan ad-hoc trade marketing activities and support when required.
job requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing
- Possess a minimum 2 years Trade Marketing experience in Wines & Spirits/ FMCG companies
- Strong Interpersonal & Analytical skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools
- Able to multi tasks in fast pace environment
- Energetic and willing to work long hours
